Kaim Hill Race – Fairlie – Wednesday 18 April 2018

A fantastic turn out of 10 Seaforth athletes competed in the Kaim Hill Race (Fairlie) on Wednesday evening. In glorious Spring weather with views over the Firth of Clyde to the Islands and West Highlands , the 5.5 km Course involved an ascent of over 1100 feet through burns, bracken and marshland to the Trig Point at the Top and back down into Fairlie and the finishing line.

Hill Racing involves strength & stamina on the way up and speed & agility on the way down. Excellent performances were produced throughout the squad.
