The Ayr Seaforth 5 Mile Trail race and 3 km Family Fun Run will be held on Wednesday 25th August 2010 from the Dam Park Athletics stadium, Content Avenue AYR KA8 0ET. The 3km (1.9mile) family fun run starts at 6.30pm and entry fee is £1. The 5 mile trail race starts at 7.15pm, with an entry fee of £8 or £6 for Scottish Athletics members. A further £1 off 5 mile race if pre-entered. Registration from 5.30pm
