Training is at the Dam Park Stadium at 7:00PM, Tuesday and Thursday with u/13 & upwards having the option to train at 6pm. Use of the facilities is £1 for children and £1.50 for adults. Please note that to comply with insurance requirements and Health and Safety laws all children under the age of 13 are required to undergo the clubs induction procedure prior to joining or taking part in club activities. We would ask that the parents of anyone child under the age of 13 contact Alan Sprang on a daytime number of 01292 288300 or evening number of 01563 830547 (email info@ayrseaforth.co.uk) to discuss when the next induction course is to take place.
We would ask that parents and children do not turn up at Dam Park on a Tuesday or Thursday evening without first confirming with Alan that an induction course is taking place as no children under 13 will be allowed to take part without completing the relevant induction process.
Runners meet up Dam Park Stadium at 7:15PM, Tuesday and Thursday. Use of the facilities is £1.50 for adults. The road runners also meet at the Dam Park Stadium. Jan will be at reception and will direct you towards someone who can assist with any questions you may have.
Tuesdays usually consist of an interval or fartlek session. Thursday are generally a run of 6 -10 miles depending on how fit you are feeling.

There is no specific training for cross country. However, during summer, Ayr Seaforth run off road around the River Ayr and Auchincruive area. There is also many cross country competitions and relays during the winter season that we are always looking for runners to enter.
