TamFest 5k Fun Run – Sunday 30 October 2016

This years TamFest 5k Fun Run was organised by Ayr Seaforth with the race starting and finishing in Ayr High Street, after leaving the High Street runners crossed the River Ayr then followed a route taking them along the river to the Fire Station and back to the High Street for a second lap of the course. Several competitors took the occasion to heart running in fancy dress outfits but it was runners wearing the colours of Ayr Seaforth who took the honours with U17 Declan McGhee winning the male race and U15 Rosie Davidson taking the female race. All proceeds received from the race entries are being donated to the Aberlour Child Care Trust in Prestwick. Full results for all runners can be found below:-
