Run, Jump, Throw


ages 7-9

An introductory training group that is focussed on developing young athletes in the fundamentals of running, jumping and throwing.

Development


Ages 9-13

TUESDAY 18:00 – 19:30
THURSDAY 18:00 – 19:30

Athletes undertake a variety of training including short and long sprints, middle distance running, jumping, and throwing to give them time to develop a range of athletic skills and figure out where they may specialise in the future.

Sprinting


ages u15+

TUESDAY 17:00 – 18:30/19:00 – 20:00

For athletes who want to specialise in sprinting over distances ranging from 60m through to 400m.

Throws


ages u15+

For keen multi eventers who wish to compete in a variety of events (sprints, jumps and throws).

Middle Distance & Cross Country

For athletes who want to specialise in middle distance running and cross country. (800m upwards).

Disability Sport

MONDAY 17:00 – 19:00

Primarily Frame Running sessions, although coaching in other Para Athletic disciplines may be possible.

Senior Road Runners


ages 18+

TUESDAY 19:00 – 20:00

Open to any adults with an interest in long distance running, especially road running. New joiners would need a good base of running fitness.

Recreational Running

Take your first steps towards a new, healthier lifestyle, or find people to run with in a friendly group environment. Includes Couch to 5K.
